• There is a booking fee required upon booking for all appointments which are non-refundable. Booking fee are required to secure appointments and to certify your commitment to your appointment. 100% of the deposit will be applied to your remaining service balance, which is due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in Cash.

• 1 on 1 appointments only, no guests are allowed. Please don’t bring anyone else to your scheduled appointment- this is just to ensure a pleasant session where all the attention can be focus on you.

• You may develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or anesthetic. You may contact us to request a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. However, a patch test does not 100% guarantee that you will develop a reaction. If you do not request a patch test, you may waive it on the day of the appointment.

 

We all know that time is valuable, and keeping the time-slot you've selected is very important for you and clients after you.

 

1) Reschedules must be made via text or email only during business hours, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will not have to pay another deposit. However, if it's less than 24 hours your deposit/ any payments will be forfeited. 
Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of ONE time, after which your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

 

2) If you choose to completely cancel your appointment- the booking fee will be forfeited no matter the time frame.

 

3) No call/no show will be charged full price of the service. Also, WILL be banned from making future appointments.

*There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments to ensure there is no delay for the clients after you. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited- by rescheduling another appointment an additional deposit will be required.
